Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Jeremy R. Nicholls, 35, 321 Locust Ave., Crescent; endangering the welfare of children; charged June 29, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Francis P. Frisina, 34, 458 Main St., Millsboro; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and accidents involving death or injury; charged Dec. 2, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.
Appearing before Judge Michael Lucas:
Brian Keith Kelly, 35, of Glassport; possession of cocaine with intent to deliver; charged May 31, 2016; pleaded no contest after jury selection; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail followed by three years of probation.

Nicole R. Stevens, 27, 214 Vine St., Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged July 3; sentence – $300 fine and restitution.
Nickolas J. Pruss, 23, 534 Magazine St., Carnegie; disorderly conduct; charged March 31; sentence – $300 fine.
Zachary Clayton Jones, 21, 896 Rocky Run Road, West Finley; aggravated assault; charged June 23; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and five years of probation.
Lisa Marie Meehan, 29, 116 Chess St., Monongahela; disorderly conduct; charged June 19; sentence – $25 fine.
Joseph R. Fetsko, 37, 929 Oak St., Marianna; furnishing drug-free urine; charged June 20; sentence – six months of probation.
Catherine E. Simms, 55, 14 Carlisle Road, Claysville; driving under the influence; charged March 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Justin James Stiles, 30, 308 Hawthorne St., Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 12; sentence – 12 months of probation.
James Greco III, 29, 180 Redd Run Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 7; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Bryan Floyd Watson, 36, 521 Gladden Road, Canonsburg; DUI; charged Feb. 21; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Todd M. Rooney, 55, 12 E. Pitt St., Canonsburg; DUI; charged April 27; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Joshua A. Holliday III, 43, 169 Ginger Hill Road, Finleyville; DUI and accidental damage to unattended vehicle/property; charged April 5; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,800 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Evin Tyrell Greenwood, 23, 10331 Harrison Ave., North Huntingdon; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 13; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Desmond M. Goins, 21, 521 Meadowlake Court, Washington; theft by deception; charged Feb. 28; sentence – 14 days to 12 months in jail and restitution.
Monty Don Johnson, 40, 820 Springer Ave., Apt. 2, Columbus Junction, Iowa; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged June 17; sentence – two years of probation.
Sheryl Ann Muzina, 49, 118 Elks Place, Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 5; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Angela M. Smith, 30, 605 Fallowfield Ave., Rear Apt., Charleroi; defiant trespass; charged June 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
James Snyder, 50, 938 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; simple assualt; charged July 21; sentence – 23 months of probation.
Anthony Fronzaglio Jr., 49, 614 Walnut St., Donora; receiving stolen property; charged July 12; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Brett Jeremiah Tharp, 25, 1327 Main St., Burgettstown; DUI and corruption of minors; charged April 9; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and $750 fine.
Chiara Mercedes Taormina, 25, 205 Grace Ave., Apt. 2, Canonsburg; DUI; charged March 18; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Paul Anthony Zurrica, 30, 2019 Boxcar Town Road, Murrysville; DUI; charged March 25; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Ryan Douglas Penvose, 32, 2568 Beverly Drive, Washington; DUI; charged April 17; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Amanda Lorraine Berish, 38, 511 Low Hill Road, Brownsville; DUI; charged March 4, 2016; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.
