Court cases

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Chelsea Marie Gauthier, 25, 6100 Route 88, Finleyville; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 2, 2015; sentence – $300 fine.
Michael Anthony Harshey, 30, 3262 Fariona St., Apt. 1, Pittsburgh; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, habitual offenders and driving with a suspended license; charged March 16, 2016; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail, $500 fine and a driver’s license suspension.
Norman R. Pulver, 55, 14 John St., Slovan; firearms not to be carried and simple assault; charged May 20, 2016; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victim.
Sharlene M. Schultz, 26, 2589 Diane Drive, Washington; receiving stolen property; charged Dec. 23; sentence – 90 days in jail and 23 months in the intermediate punishment program.
Greg Alan McHenry, 25, 71 Tarr Heights Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged March 18; sentence – 30 days in jail.
Dabar Jamel Yarbrough, 20, 842 Brightridge St., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 28; sentence – $300 fine.
George Edward Sadler Jr., 27, 77 Aylesworth Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; charged June 23, 2015, and April 23, 2016; sentence – four to 23 months in jail, four years of probation and $200 fine.
