WAYNESBURG

Resisting arrest charge: Jodi Reggetz, 43, of 427 Race St., Waynesburg, was charged by borough police with two counts of resisting arrest and one count each of disorderly conduct and harassment after she allegedly argued with a neighbor Saturday afternoon. Police said they responded to 20 W. Elm St. for the report of a woman screaming on her front porch. Police said a neighbor, Robert Husner, told them Reggetz was yelling and shouting obscenities in front of his small children. When police confronted Reggetz, she became “hostile,” the criminal complaint said. Police said she grabbed an officer’s arm before the officer attempted to arrest her. Reggetz allegedly would not comply with the officer, who deployed his Taser twice before Reggetz fell to the ground and was handcuffed.
