Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Joseph Patrick Jeffers, 42, West Linn, Ore.; disorderly conduct; charged June 16; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with Key Bank Pavillion.

Ryan Duritza, 23, 301 Mary Lane, Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Gregory Alan McHenry, 25, 71 Tarr Heights Drive, Canonsburg; theft; charged June 2, 2013; sentence – four to six months in jail.

Nicole Christine Datz, 26, 71 Hixon Road, Eighty Four; retail theft; charged June 2; sentence – restitution.

Tina Marie Navrat, 47, 415 Lusk Road, Bentleyville; retail theft; charged April 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

William Henry Wasnik, 39, 176 Dorothy Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 20 days to 12 months in jail.

Crystal Lyn Large, 38, 626 New Salem Road, Uniontown; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged May 14, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Joseph Gudac III, 57, 8 Norris Drive, Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged May 5; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Martin W. Klick, 60, 155 S. Main St., Apt. 33, Washington; simple assault; charged June 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Eric Harris Hines, 27, 12 Marko Park, Oakdale; simple assault; charged June 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Devin Thomas Scholato, 28, 1381 Allison Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged March 9; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Home Depot.

Kevin L. Bruce, 39, 16 Church St., Millsboro; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Colby D. Leckey, 30, 216 Hague Lane, Uniontown; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.

James Jeffery Dagger, 38, 6504 Library Road, South Park; trespass and criminal mischief; charged Nov. 20; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Brody K. Nichols, 33, 10 Carroll Way, Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 31, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of ScramX, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Martin A. Work, 49, 35 Howard Ave., Washington; two counts of driving under the influence; charged Feb. 28 and Aug. 19, 2016; five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, three months of ScramX, $3,000 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Takoda Timothy Runco, 24, 231 Hamtom Road, Eighty Four; resisting arrest; charged Feb 23; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Rachel M. Behanna, 33, 417 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; receiving stolen property and possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 1; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and two years of probation.

Robert Lee Post, 48, 2690 Old National Pike, Washington; two counts of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 24 and Dec. 31, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $4,000 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Jessica Lee Harvey, 35, 260 E. Pike St., Houston; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged March 26; sentence – 10 days to six months in jail, $525 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

James D. Collins III, 47, 224 Parkwood Circle, Apt. 3, Canonsburg; habitual offender and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 24; sentence – 90 days in jail, two years of probation and $500 fine.

Brandon Michael Baker, 28, 1134 Sycamore St., Washington; false identification to a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, driving with vehicle registration suspended, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged Feb. 21 and Dec. 17, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days in jail, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation and $2,000 fine.

Glenn Robert Conklin, 44, 624 N. Franklin St., Washington; insurance fraud; charged Dec. 13, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of ScramX, restitution and 100 hours of community service.

Donald Charles Hersh, 46, 915 Carol Drive, Canonsburg; hindering apprehension; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jeffrey Stanley, 44, 1410 S. Main St. Ext., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 6, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Stephen Arthur Burns, 54, 299 Greenhill Drive, Washington; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged Nov. 30, 2015; sentence – two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Greda Caliz, 21, 622 White St., McKeesport; tampering with evidence and simple possession; charged Aug. 24, 2016; sentence – two years of probation and 75 hours of community service.

Courtney Renee Dixon, 25, 401 Highfield Ave., Apt. 1, Canonsburg; retail theft; charged April 14; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring and no contact with Target.

Autumn Nicole Reynolds, 21, 44 Madison St., Cokeburg; possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of theft; charged July 19, 2015, Feb. 22 and May 15; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Matthew Richard Chacko, 48, 130 Factory St., Monongahela; simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 9; sentence – two years of probation.

Jeffrey Wayne Wilkins, 52, 12 N. Johnson Road, Houston; delivery of a controlled substance; charged April 10, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and 12 months on electronic home monitoring.

Rashead Pacley, 22, 2615 Southern Circle, Erie; robbery and access device fraud; charged March 15; sentence – 153 days to 23 months in jail, 18 months of probation, 225 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

Tyler William Cline, 19, 141 Irwin Ave., Houston; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer; charged Dec. 16, 2015; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of various crimes and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:

Erica Nicole Bennett, 34, 130 Oak Spring Road, Canonsburg, for resisting arrest; Vincent Angelo Orrico, 19, 112 Eastgate Road, Uniontown, for possession with intent to deliver; Logan Warner DeLong, 19, 68256 Meadow Ave., St. Clairsville, Ohio, for possession of drug paraphernalia; Joni Irene Yilit, 53, 491 Ridge Road, Avella, for possession of drug paraphernalia; Terrence Johnson, 28, 318 Station St., McDonald, for possession of drug paraphernalia; Holden Alec Anderson, 19, 3524 Middleboro Road, Pittsburgh, for defiant trespass; Gerard Gindele, 56, 542 Sundust Road, Eighty Four, for theft by deception; Taylor Leigh Smith, 22, 3749 Buffalo Creek Road, Avella, for theft; and Kenneth M.
