Street to be closed for W&J inauguration

Due to the inauguration ceremony for Washington & Jefferson College’s 13th president, East Wheeling Street in Washington will be closed intermittently from Lincoln Street to Wade Avenue between 1:30 and 4 p.m. Thursday. The street is expected to open to regular traffic after 4 p.m.
