Court cases
Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Ronald Paith, 27, 666 Fayette St., Washington; two counts of escape and criminal mischief; charged Sept. 19; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail and restitution.
Nicole Corso, 34, 32 Dogwood Drive, Washington; use or possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 30; sentence – six months of probation.
Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:
Patrick Branden Quinn, 31, 119 W. College St., Apt. 2, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 1; sentence – $2,500 fine, five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, three months on Scram-X monitor, 100 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
William Matsko, 29, 520 Second St., Apt A, California; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:
Tyler Andrew Gump, 25, 1015 W. First St., Grindstone; theft; charged Dec. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Giant Eagle.
Douglas Ray Holloway, 31, 267 Universal Building, Pittsburgh; possession with intent to deliver; charged Jan. 19; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail.
Natalie Harps, 34, 800 Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; false identification and exceeding maximum speed limit; charged April 25, 2016; sentence – six months of probation and $59 fine.
Alyssa Lee Decker, 26, 204 Fifth Boulevard, Brownsville; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 14, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Chris Bowman McClendon, 28, 616 Center Ave., Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged April 15; sentence – $300 fine.
