Harassment charge: Tianna L. Cooper, 20, of Philadelphia, was cited by California police for disorderly conduct and harassment after she allegedly got into a fight with her roommate at Vulcan Village Aug. 26.

Disorderly house: Robyn Madison, 19, and Katrina Sampson, 19, both of Johnstown, were cited by California police for violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance after police said they broke up a loud party attended by about 40 people at a Vulcan Village apartment Aug. 26.

Assault arrest: Matthew V. Stroud, 35, of Birmingham, Ala., was charged with simple assault Saturday by Cecil Township police after he allegedly punched his girlfriend multiple times in the face and eye in a vehicle Saturday night while they were on their way to her Cecil home from a Bridgeville restaurant. The woman was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment. Stroud was arragined before District Judge Traci McDonald and placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond.

Man jailed: Nicholas J. Fincik, 34, of 714 Seventh St., Charleroi, is charged with possession with intent to deliver 24 stamp bags of heroin after he allegedly had the drugs in his residence when Washington County sheriff’s deputies were serving bench warrants on him about 10 a.m. Aug. 31, court records show. Investigators said they also seized $4,740 from Fincik, who was placed in Washington County jail on $350,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Drug arrest: Brandynn L. Brown-Dupree, 32, of 231 Davenport Way, Pittsburgh, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with possession with intent to deliver a bag of cocaine, drug possession, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse him of tossing the cocaine during a foot chase after he ran from a vehicle that police stopped about 10:30 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of McKean Avenue. Brown-Dupree was placed in Washington County jail on $100,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Charged in crash: James T. Benard, 39, of 417 Palomino Drive, Oakdale, was charged by McDonald police after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a fence and damaged property Saturday at 423 Prospect St. When police arrived, they said they found Benard confused and saw several hypodermic needles on the seat, including one with heroin in it, according to the affidavit. Paraphernalia and empty heroin bags were found in his possession, and three full bags also were found in the vehicle, police said. Benard was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald on charges including possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving under suspension and traffic violations. He was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Woman jailed: Bobbie Jo Salvi, 45, who is homeless, is charged by city police with possessing 38 stamp bags of heroin, resisting arrest, tampering with evidence, disorderly conduct, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police said the drugs were found in her purse after she attempted to hide it after a man she was with suffered an apparent heroin overdose about 12:10 p.m. Friday at 12 Eastgate Ave. Salvi is in Westmoreland County jail on $10,000 bond set by District Judge Mark J. Bilik.

Threats alleged: Sandy Wise, 28, of 424 First St., Monessen, is charged by city police with making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct over allegations he threatened to shoot two people with a handgun for fighting with his children outside of his residence about 9 p.m. Friday, court records show. He is free on $10,000 unsecured bond set by District Judge Mark J. Bilik.

Man wanted: Nicholas L. Pappas, 32, of 549 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi, is charged with possessing two stamp bags of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after Charleroi Regional police arrived at his residence about 1 p.m. Aug. 30 to investigate a dog complaint, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant the next day for Pappas’ arrest.

Charges filed: Tawnya Lee McCabe, 39, of 216 Noblestown Road, Carnegie, is charged by state police with possession of a firearm without a license and disorderly conduct after a trooper arrived at 411 Underwood St. about 12:45 p.m. June 29 to investigate a child custody complaint, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges by summons Friday.

Disorderly conduct charge: Matthew L. Coon, 37, of 380 Lagonda Road, Washington, was cited Sunday by state police for disorderly conduct after he allegedly walked onto his front porch with a shotgun and told Bryan Karas of White Oak, who had parked his truck on the road in front of the home, to get off his property.
