Theft charges: Dan Alan Dunseath, 44, of 183 Pine St., Jefferson, was charged by the Greene County district attorney’s office with eight counts of theft and four counts of bad checks. The investigating detective said Dunseath wrote four bad checks to Giant Eagle in Franklin Township Oct. 26 and 27 last year, from a bank account that had been closed in 2012. The total amount of money he received from the checks was $243.18, according to the criminal complaint.
