A Morgan Township man given a life sentence earlier this year for molesting and raping a young girl numerous times during a 10-year period, beginning when the girl was 2 years old, pleaded guilty to federal charges Tuesday of producing and disseminating videos of those assaults.

Eric Stull, 49, appeared before Senior U.S. District Judge Donetta Ambrose in Pittsburgh and pleaded guilty to all counts against him: 39 counts of production of materials depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor and one count each of possession and distribution of those materials.

Stull is scheduled to be sentenced on the federal charges by Ambrose Jan. 8. He faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

Stull pleaded guilty in October in Greene County Court to 34 counts each of child rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and unlawful contact with a child and 30 counts of corruption of a minor.

Stull was arrested after state police traced child pornography posted online in a file-sharing network to his Teagarden Homes residence.

Police raided the home April 29, 2016, and found 35 videos showing him molesting and raping the girl between May 2006 and that month. They also found evidence Stull was producing child pornography and sharing some of the videos on the internet.

At a hearing this April, Stull was sentenced by Greene County Judge Lou Dayich to 340 to 680 years in state prison.

“I should die for this; I wish I could,” he told the court during the hearing. “I take responsibility, and I am sorry.”

The federal charges stem from the production and the dissemination of the videos he made of the assaults.

According to the indictment, Stull produced 41 pornographic videos involving a child from May 2006 to December 2015. He shared a video on the internet using a file-sharing service in July 2015.
