Paraphernalia arrest: Patrick J. Dobscha, 46, of 48 Cedar St., Ellsworth, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant obtained by Bentleyville police charging him with possession of paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license stemming from an Aug. 19 traffic stop at Old West and Beallsville roads. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

Burglary reported: Tools were reported stolen in a burglary late Saturday or early Sunday at Hartman Independent, 93 Mayview Road, Cecil police said. Officers responded to an alarm and discovered the northeast side of the building had been entered. Police said the burglar pulled siding and particle board off the building to gain entry to the warehouse.

Mower stolen: Andrew Yasko of 1360 Route 980 told Cecil police Saturday his red, self-propelled Craftsman lawn mower was stolen from his property.

Drug charges: Amanda Lynn Keegan, 24, of 988 Thompson Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction over allegations she removed five stamp bags of heroin from the scene of an overdose outside her residence Sept. 6, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges by summons Wednesday.

Home burglarized: A home at 64 South St. occupied by Jesse Vuono was entered through a basement door, and a Vizio television, Xbox 360 game and various video games were stolen. The interior of the residence was damaged. The burglary occurred between Thursday and Tuesday, state police said.

Liquor violation alleged: The operator of Trio Lounge, 1694 N. Main St., was cited Wednesday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly selling alcohol to a 20-year-old June 12.

Woman assaulted: Shayla Chandler of Washington told Washington police Tuesday she was assaulted by a 22-year-old woman during a confrontation at 131 Jollick Manor. Police said charges are pending.

Building burglarized: John McIlvaine told Washington police Tuesday the basement door of his building at 33 W. Beau St. had been forced open. Nothing appeared to have been stolen, but a lock box was opened, police said.

Items stolen: Jasmine Gladys of Canton Township told police items she sold on the website LetGo were stolen when she went to make the exchange with the buyer about 1 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Wilson Avenue. She said the buyer, a man with short hair wearing a blue sweatshirt and carrying a Trinity drawstring bag, grabbed the two vape pens, two vape boxes, chargers and two boxes of juice and ran from the area.

Trespass charge: Paul Phillips, 31, of 719 N. Main St., was charged by city police for allegedly entering his residence without permission. According to the complaint, a woman who lives there said Phillips climbed through a window about 1 a.m. Aug. 12 and entered the apartment. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
