Cook to host concealed carry-hunter safety seminar
State Rep. Bud Cook, R-West Pike Run, will host a concealed carry-hunting safety seminar at 6 p.m. Sept. 28 at the Monongahela Volunteer Fire Department, 451 W. Main St.
The free seminar will offer updates on state hunting and trespassing laws, concealed carry requirements and other potential litigation that could impact hunters and gun owners.
Tom Fazi and Richard Joyce of the state Game Commission and Kim Stolfer, of Firearms Owners Against Crime, will make a presentation and answer questions. Seating is limited, and registration as soon as possible is urged by calling Cook’s district office at 724-669-2242.
