Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Fredrick Mead Pochiba, 54, 35 Mowery Lane, Fredericktown; driving under the influence and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Aug. 8, 2016, and April 27; sentence – 90 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, 120 days on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine and 12 months of probation.
Carl Nathaniel Walden Sr., 45, 120 Church St., Lower Apt., Washington; simple possession; charged June 6, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Autumn Lynn Pliska, 18, 886 Mounts Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 11, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Terry Lynn Watson Jr., 29, 147 Fort Clark Drive, Benwood, W.Va.; accident involving personal injury, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; chraged March 12, 2015; sentence – 90 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program and $3,000 fine.
Eric Eugene Bee, 35, 1140 Maple Terrace, Washington; two counts of retail theft, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, burglary and harrassement; charged Aug. 18, Sept. 8, 21, 23 and 26, 2016, and June 3; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail, five years of probation, $300 fine, restitution and no contact with the victims, Target and Shop ‘n Save.
Maceo Belfonta Bell, 35, 1004 Boulder St., California; receiving stolen property, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance by an inmate; charged Aug. 15 and Sept. 30, 2016; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail and five years of probation.
Millisia Leasure, 35, 617 Crest Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 23, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and three months on electronic home monitoring.
Brandon Lynn Delfine, 37, 505 Mingo Church Road, Finleyville; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, simple possession, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 12, 2015, Jan. 23 and May 5; sentence – 30 days in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation and $1,200 fine.
Jackie Dee Steele, 51, 145 Reesman Drive, Aliquippa; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 18, 2016; sentence – $150 fine.
Phillip James Thaxton Jr., 38, 96 Camway Lane, Charleroi; simple possession; charged March 7; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Patricia Obenour, 80, 423 Bluff St., Canonsburg; driving under the influence and reckless endangerment; charged Nov. 18, 2016; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, two months and 10 days on electronic home monitoring and $1,000 fine.
Rahim Jamel Gene Thomas, 22, 115 E. 11th Ave., Homestead; disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 27; sentence – 12 months of probation.
