Disorderly house cases: California police will cite several people for violating the borough disorderly house ordinance. Aron Miciescu, 30, reportedly had a loud party in his apartment on Third Street early Wednesday. Nicholas Oinescu, 29, will be cited because several people reportedly were making loud noises outside his Second Street home late Wednesday. Dumitru Alexandru, 33, reportedly violated the ordinance by playing loud music through an open door at his Pennsylvania Avenue apartment Thursday night.

One injured: Michala Brook Wise, 19, of 708 Waynesburg Road, Washington, was slightly injured when the vehicle in which she was a passenger hit a utility pole about 1:30 a.m. Monday on South Central Avenue. The driver, Destinee Marie Knox, 24, of 100 Forrest Ave., Houston, was taken to Canonsburg Hospital, where blood was drawn to determine her alcohol level. Police said she smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Wise was treated at the scene for an arm injury. Police said they will charge her with underage drinking.

Driver charged: Shea Matthew Pryor, 31, of 255 Headley Road, Washington, was charged Friday by state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and traffic violations stemming from an April 7 crash in the 2700 block of Jefferson Avenue, Canton. Police said he hit a utility pole. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Driver injured: Martin Jeney, 28, of Belle Vernon, was injured early Saturday when his vehicle went off Interstate 79 near the Southpointe exit, Cecil, hit an embankment and rolled over three times. He was taken to UPMC-Mercy hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. State police cited him for failure to wear a seat belt, failure to stay in his lane, failure to drive at a safe speed and driving with a suspended license.

Charged with assault: Sayvon Carter, 20, of 1106 Lower Crest Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with simple assault for his alleged participation in an assault on Lamont Cooper about noon Sept. 19 in the 900 block of Prospect Avenue, court records show. The charge was issued last week via summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Driver charged: Chad A. Cushey, 27, of 102 E. McNutt St., Houston, was charged Friday by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, carrying a loaded weapon and restriction on alcoholic beverages stemming from an Aug. 25 traffic stop in the 10 block of West Grant Street, Houston. Police said Cushey had a shotgun loaded with six shells in the back of his vehicle. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Drug arrest: Taylor Smith, 22, of 105 Sycamore St., Bentleyville, is charged by city police with drug possession, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse Smith of hiding two stamp bags of heroin and a small bag of crack in a body cavity during a traffic stop about 3 p.m. Sept. 20 at Route 906 and 17th Street. Police also accuse him of having four Adderall tablets. He received the charges in a summons from the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Three-vehicle crash: One person was injured in a three-vehicle, chain-reaction crash Friday afternoon on McClelland Road near William Drive, North Strabane, police said. According to police, Robert Rulli, 64, of 109 Meadow Court, Canonsburg, was going north on McClelland when he struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Rebecca R. Crawford, 35, of 3378 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, pushing it into a vehicle driven by Mary Simon, 71, of 111 Robinhood Drive, McMurray. Crawford was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment.

One injured: Jocimara Wood, 50, of Wintersville, Ohio, was injured Saturday morning in a one-vehicle crash on Waterdam Road near North Spring Valley Road, North Strabane. Township police said she was going west when she swerved to avoid a deer. She overcorrected, causing her vehicle to spin, strike a utility pole and roll over. She was treated at the scene.

Woman wanted: Rebecca Garrow, 37, of 317 Lynn St., Roscoe, is charged by Roscoe, Elco, Stockdale and Allenport Regional police with drug possession with intent to deliver and drug possession, court records show. Police accuse her of leaving her wallet containing 70 stamp bags of heroin in Roscoe River Park Aug. 13. The office of District Judge Larry Hopkins issued a warrant Friday for Garrow’s arrest.

Man charged: Hunter Edward Manack, 18, of 1354 Ridge Road, Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with indecent exposure and open lewdness. He allegedly exposed himself to a woman while he was seated in a parked vehicle at Walmart, 100 Sara Way, about 11:45 a.m. Aug. 28, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges in a summons last week.

Theft alleged: Jennifer Pravlik, 37, of 117 Dongilli Park Lane, Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with theft and retail theft on allegations she stole merchandise worth $179 from Lowe’s, 200 Sara Way, and then fraudulently returned it for a gift card about 1:30 p.m. Sept. 15, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges by summons last week.

Door damaged: Sandra Conklin of 154 N. College St. told Washington police Sunday her apartment door was kicked. Charges are pending.

Teen assaulted: The mother of a 16-year-old Donora girl told Washington police Sunday her daughter was assaulted by her 17-year-old boyfriend in the 200 block of South Wade Avenue. The girl was treated at Washington Hospital.

Pole hit: Joshua Orndoff, 26, of 607 Best Ave., Washington, escaped injury early Sunday when his vehicle hit a utility pole in the 10 block of West Walnut Street. Police said they found beer, suspected marijuana and a marijuana cigarette. Police said Orndoff was taken to Washington Hospital, where blood was drawn to determine his alcohol level.

Woman injured: Courtney Alderson, 28, of 662 A Alley, was found early Sunday screaming and bleeding outside her home, Washington police said. She was near a bonfire made from shingles. There also were bottles of alcohol in the yard, and police said there were broken dishes inside the house. Alderson told police she was injured in a fall while trying to put out the fire. Her husband reportedly told police she fell down stairs. City firefighters came to put out the fire. Alderson was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment of head and facial injuries.

Truck damaged: Rue Strohecker Jr. of 816 Jefferson Ave. told Washington police Friday vandals scratched his pickup truck in several spots. He told police it was the second time his truck has been damaged.

Money, jewelry stolen: Alisha Dulaney of 54 South St. told Washington police Friday $80, two rings and keys were stolen from her home.

Vehicle scratched: Chelsey Smalley of 88 Murray Ave. told Washington police Friday her vehicle was scratched by vandals.

Disorderly, harassment charges: Kimberly Colbert, 29, of 77 N. Main St., Washington, will be charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after she allegedly pulled the dreadlocks of Colucas Robinson, 40, during a confrontation at his Addison Street home Saturday.

Warrant arrest: Marin Oreski, 36, of 43 N. Main St., Washington, was taken into custody on a bench warrant after she allegedly stole beer, cheese, fruit and pepperoni from a refrigerator on a patio at the Summerlea Avenue home of Holly Ashmore Friday, Washington police said. Oreski was placed in Washington County jail on the warrant. Police plan to charge her in the alleged theft.

Tools stolen: Sheri Rishel of North Franklin Township told Washington police Friday a large number of her husband’s tools were stolen from a house at 459 Extension Ave.
