Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Derek Jon Lowe, 25, 213 Luella Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy of possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 8; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail.
Brandon P. Kerik, 34, 350 N. Arch St., Connellsville; theft by deception; charged March 4, 2017; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with Lowe’s.
Preston Alexander Salisbury, 20, 375 Laurel Ridge Road, Scenery Hill; disorderly conduct; charged June 11; sentence – $300 fine.
Andrew Duane Elliot, 20, 747 Lone Pine Road, Amity; theft; charged June 18; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Gamestop.
Kelley Jean Ciaffoni, 34, 2816 W. Chestnut St., Apt. 3, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jamie Lee Fisher, 35, 520 Second St., Apt. A, California; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 3; sentence – six months of probation.
Leigh Ann Cecchine, 43, 450 E. Prospect Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Georgette Elizabeth Eicher, 27, 100 High St., Apt. 404, Brownsville; retail theft; charged July 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Victor Marcell Jones, 57, 2414 Sandy Plains Road, Clarksville; simple assault and possession of a controlled substance; charged July 24; sentence – time served to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Bradley James Sledge, 20, 1635 S. Pittsburgh St., Connellsville; harassment; charged Feb. 9, 2017; sentence – $50 fine.
Sofia B. Wheeler, 56, 1540 N. Main St., Washington; provision of prohibitive acts and conspiracy; charged Jan. 5, 2014; sentence – two years of probation, 18 months in the intermediate punishment program and restitution.
Leroy Ray Henderson, 61, 45 Grove Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; harassment; charged July 28; sentence – $300 fine.
Meko David Howard, 26, 18624 Gainsborough Road, Detroit, Mich.; conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged May 13; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with Lowe’s.
Stephen Daniel Page, 31, 3303 Appel Road, Bethel Park; theft; charged March 27, 2017; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victims.
Anthony Eugene Nakutis, 25, 82 Main St., Daisytown; criminal mischief; charged Aug. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Dennis Woodring, 43, 215 Second St., Clarksville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 4, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jack D. Jaffre, 41, 229 Wilson Road, Charleroi; retail theft; charged Dec. 13, 2016; sentence – one to 23 months in jail and no contact with Lowe’s.
Roy Eugene Neil Jr., 34, 3 Grace St., Slovan; resisting arrest; charged March 22, 2017; sentence – six to 12 months in jail.
Garrett Kelley, 41, 3500 Kelley Lane, Finleyville; harassment; charged July 1; sentence – $100 fine.
George E. Chappel, 38, 29 Manor Drive, Bulger; simple trespass and two counts of disorderly conduct; charged July 16; sentence – 90 days in jail, 180 days of probation and no contact with the victims.
Matthew D. Odonohoe, 28, 127 Mount Hope Road, Claysville; false statements; charged Oct. 16, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Shelton Lee Scott, 59, 703 Chlislett St., Apt. 2, Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged June 24; sentence – $150 fine.

Michael Allen Anderson, 59, 578 Seventh St., North Charleroi; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged June 27; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Keith Allen Andrews, 49, 3993 Millers Run Road, McDonald; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged March 17, 2014; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.
James Thomas Benard III, 40, 417 Palomino Drive, Oakdale; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 72 hours in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Victor J. Gasbarrini, 57, 73 Sycamore St., Muse; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 7; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Samuel E. Higgins, 49, 372 Beacon Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 29; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Mark Alan Hubert, 57, 11 Old Mill Road, Freeport; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 17; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 20 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.
Tamara Sue Lowden, 24, 1931 Arlington Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, accident involving damage to attended vehicle, improper tires, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and reckless driving; charged July 2; sentence – 30 days in jail, six years in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, five months of ScramX monitor, $1,850 fine, restitution, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Justin Ryan Pordash, 25, 101 McCormick Ave., Bentleyville; possession of a controlled substance and two counts of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 24, 2016, and May 28; sentence – 12 months of probation, 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 25 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,300 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Elizabeth Estelle Woodburn, 29, 70 Brunner Drive, Avella; driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, driving at safe speed and careless driving; charged April 12, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $550 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Tyler Michael Raimondo, 27, 5025 Wallace Road, Murrysville; driving under the influence and resisting arrest; charged July 14; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, 120 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Herbert Robles, 41, 580 Allison Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Troy Lee Sanford, 44, 16 Beyrleye Ave., Pittsburgh; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged June 7; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,700 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Rashaun Smith, 23, 120 McKean Ave., Donora; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Aug. 1; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Robert Lewis Stewart, 33, 614 Washington Ave., Uniontown; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 24; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $950 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Scott Douglas Dailey, 28, 412 Woodland Road, Canonsburg; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged June 17; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Joshua Edward Graf, 24, 106 Treetop Lane, McMurray; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 23; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Damon Lamonte Morgan, 38, 623 Railroad St., Houston; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 20; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Kimberly Sue Colbert, 32, 39 N. Main St., Apt. 512, Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct; charged July 8; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Nicholas Shoemaker, 27, 54 Stone Church Road, Finleyville; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 17; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
Richard Leo Gump, 51, 411 W. South St., Carmichaels; theft by deception; charged June 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Minteer’s Market.
Amanda Marie Burnsworth, 20, 174 Hopwood Coolspring Road, Hopwood; defiant trespass; charged July 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
James Robert Schran, 23, 113 First Ave., New Eagle; defiant trespass; charged July 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for various first offenses and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged: Tahner Patterson, 23, 150 Smith Run Road, Amity – theft; and Jason Alexander Ocker, 21, 391 Strope Road, Burgettstown – theft.
