CALIFORNIA

Mischief charge: Tyricc Jamar Taylor, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged this week by California police with criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged an apartment door at 208 Second St. Feb. 24. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

CANONSBURG

Drug charges: David Gatling, 25, of 412 Blaine Ave., Canonsburg, was charged this week by Canonsburg police with possession of heroin and paraphernalia and public drunkenness after police said he was found rolling around in a yard in the 400 block of Chartiers Avenue March 20. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Drug, tampering charges: Matthew Anesetti, 49, of 520 Blaine Ave., Canonsburg, was charged this week by Canonsburg police with possession of crack and paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Police said they found the drug at his home while serving a search warrant Nov. 9. Police said Anesetti tried to flush it down a toilet. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

CHARTIERS

Man arrested: Justin Scott Cook, 29, of 227 Castle Road, Canton Township, faces numerous charges after he allegedly led state police on a foot chase Tuesday off of Route 18 at Airport Road after crashing a stolen motorcycle. He was apprehended and arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson on charges of receiving stolen property, flight to avoid apprehension, possession of 38 doses of Clonazepam, possession of paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving under suspension, reckless driving and other traffic violations. He was released from Washington County jail after posting $10,000 bond.

Threats alleged: Richard S. Pustovrh, 28, of 109 Pine Ave., Houston, was charged this week by Chartiers police with terroristic threats after he allegedly threatened to kill a neighbor March 6. The charge was sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

MONESSEN

Man faces charges: Deshawn Curtis Holmes, 22, of 1115 Miller St., Monessen, is charged by city police with flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing from police, disorderly conduct and driving under suspension, court records show. Police accuse Holmes of speeding off from an attempted traffic stop near Sixth Street and Knox Avenue and running from his vehicle after it pulled to a stop in the 400 block of Knox at about 5 p.m. March 30. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the case in a summons Wednesday.

PETERS

Weapons violation alleged: Adam Michael Matay, 32, of 9 Surray Drive, Monongahela, was charged last week by Peters police with having a prohibited offensive weapon, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct stemming from a March 26 traffic stop in the 2900 block of Washington Road. Police said he had a stun gun in his vehicle. Charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jesse Pettit.

ROSTRAVER

Illegal hunting alleged: Jeremy D. Boyd, 27, of 110 Scalabrinia St., Washington Township, Fayette County, is charged by the state Game Commission with unlawful acts concerning licenses and attempting to take, injure or kill big game beyond bag limits, court records show. Police accuse him of hunting deer at about 1 p.m. Feb 13 along Vance Dei Cas Highway under a license that is revoked until 2022 due to prior game and wildlife convictions. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the charges via summons Wednesday.

UNION

Driver charged: Tyler Scott Bigley, 25, of 104 Franklin St., Bobtown, was charged last week by Monongahela police with having forged or altered documents and plates, fraudulent use of a plate and several traffic violations stemming from March 2 incident near the intersection of Finleyville-Elrama and Patterson roads, Union. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jesse Pettit.

WASHINGTON

Guard assault charge: David Mamaril, 47, who Washington police said is homeless, was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on a charge of aggravated assault by a prisoner. He is accused of urinating in a sink at Washington County jail Jan. 6 and throwing the urine on a guard. Redlinger set bond for Mamaril, who is in jail on other charges, at $5,000.

Prostitution charge: Kathleen Conn, 31, of Arch Street, Washington, was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of prostitution and possession of paraphernalia filed by the Washington County Drug Task Force stemming from a March 28 incident. Redlinger set bond at $5,000 for Conn, who is in Washington County jail on a probation violation.

Paraphernalia charge: Kelly Kover, 27, of 1176 Bruce St., Washington, was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after she allegedly was found with the items Feb. 27 at a home on Allison Avenue. Redlinger set a $5,000 percentage bond on Kover, who is in Washington County jail on a probation violation.

Woman assaulted: A 24-year-old Washington woman told Washington police she was twice assaulted by her boyfriend. She said he choked her and punched her Monday. The two were in her vehicle early Wednesday when he reportedly assaulted her again, hitting her head off the steering wheel. Police said charges are pending.

Harassment alleged: Jordan Dudley, 29, of 724 N. Main St., Houston, will be charged by Washington police with harassment after he allegedly assaulted a 30-year-old woman at her home Tuesday.
