Court cases

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Anthony Wayne Eddy, 31, 2012 Maple Ave., Wellsburg, W.Va.; robbery; charged July 9, 2015; sentence – six months in jail, two years of probation, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victims.

Benjamin Louis Neustein, 34, 169 Scott Lane, Venetia; disorderly conduct; charged March 9, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.

Cheyanne A. Allen, 18, 702 Fayette St., Washington; retail theft; charged July 31; sentence – $150 fine and no contact with Kohl’s.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo:

Jamie Elizabeth Pasinski, 40, 412 Birch St., New Eagle; harassment; charged May 9; sentence – $300 fine.

James V. Fidazzo III, 35, 47 Chestnut St., Ellsworth; disorderly conduct; charged June 8; sentence – $300 fine.

Johnna L. Longstreath, 46, 475 Moon Road, Washington; theft and defiant trespass; charged Nov. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Nicole Rene Kerlicker, 25, 47 Mathews Road, Apt. 209, Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged: Kirk Matthew Amodio, 37, 307 Buckels Ave., Houston; Pierre J. Lee Robinson-Strickland, 25, 326 Richfield St., Pittsburgh; Wanda E. Rhim, 49, 512 Ketchum Drive, Canonsburg; Jamie Ceja, 22, 406 W. 13th St., Post, Texas; and Jemima Emmalyn Ross, 28, 361 Dewey Ave., Washington.
