Greene County to hold re-entry conference, job fair at fairgrounds Friday
The Greene County re-entry conference and community job and resource fair is Friday at the Greene County Fairgrounds.
The morning conference is intended to help people with criminal backgrounds, and the afternoon job fair is open to anyone.
Sign in begins at 9:30 a.m. and the event runs until 2 p.m. Employers will have applications available, and there will be training opportunities, housing services and other community resources and programs. Twenty-seven vendors and employers are expected to attend.
The event is hosted by the Greene County Court of Common Pleas, the Greene County commissioners, the Southwest Corner Workforce Board and CareerLink.
