South Franklin man charged with damaging Claysville businesses

A South Franklin Township man was charged by Donegal Township police with breaking into two Claysville businesses last November and doing almost $70,000 in damage.
Brandon M. Chappe, 21, of 510 Interest Lane, was taken into custody about an hour after the break-ins at a home on Petroleum Avenue. The resident of that home was holding Chappe at gunpoint after finding him in the house.
