District judge recertified
A Washington County district judge has been recertified for service as a member of Pennsylvania’s Unified Judicial System.
District Judge David Mark, whose area covered includes Canonsburg, Houston, Canton and Chartiers townships, recently completed continuing education course work. The weeklong program is designed to ensure district judges stay current in a variety of legal topics and management techniques to fairly adjudicate cases and effectively supervise a district court office.
