OSHA investigating industrial accident in Richhill Township
The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating an industrial accident Monday morning in Richhill Township.
The victim in the accident is stable, an OSHA spokesperson said Tuesday morning, although officials did not release the person’s name or the hospital where the worker is being treated.
At about 11:30 a.m. Monday morning, emergency crews were called to 136 Estel Lane in Richhill Township for a man that had been hit by a truck. OSHA officials were notified of the incident and are investigating.
The employer was identified by OSHA as Energy Services South LLC of Livingston, Ala. It does not have previous violations, according to a preliminary search by the agency. The company could not immediately be reached for comment.
