FRANKLIN

Welfare fraud alleged: Gary R. Miller, 34, of 514 Laurel Run Road, New Freeport, was charged Thursday with fraud to obtain food stamps. The Office of the Inspector General alleges that by not disclosing his employment status, Miller fraudulently received $3,946 in SNAP benefits he was not eligible for between May 2017 and January 2018.
