CHARLEROI

Assault alleged: Patricia J. Henderson, 40, of Dilliner, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct over allegations she struck Randy David in the face about 6:30 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Fallowfield Avenue, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Monday by summons.

CHARTIERS

False identification charge: Eric W. Boyer, 30, of 717 N. Main St., Houston, was charged by Chartiers Township police with false identification to law enforcement following an incident July 8. Police said Boyer called 911 under a different name to report that his girlfriend left his residence intoxicated. Police met with the woman an hour later and she was “completely sober,” the criminal complaint said. The woman told police that Boyer had called 911 using a false name, which Boyer admitted the next day, the complaint said. 

HANOVER

Drinking by minors: The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited two minors for underage drinking Friday night during the Rascal Flatts concert at KeyBank Pavilion. 

DUI alleged in crash: Nikolas Yeaton Kutska, 19, of 253 Brandon Ave., Belle Vernon, was charged by Hanover Township police with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash and purchasing alcohol as a minor after he allegedly rear-ended another vehicle Friday night in the 600 block of Route 18. Police said Kutska fled after the crash but was later pulled over. Kutska allegedly failed a field-sobriety test, and police said his blood-alcohol content was 0.138 percent. 

Furnishing alcohol chargeThomas Joseph Wadding, 21, of 3455 Granview Road, was charged by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with furnishing alcohol to a minor after he allegedly gave a can of alcohol to a 17-year-old girl July 16 during the Warped Tour music festival at KeyBank Pavilion. 

Drug charges: Nathaniel Wayne States, 19, of 109 Venture Lane, Hunker, was charged by Hanover Township police with 34 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 34 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly trying to get into a concert at KeyBank Pavilion with a baggie full of marijuana cigarettes. Police said States was being “wanded” before entering the pavilion when the 34 cigarettes were found. 

Heroin charges: Grant Walter McElwaine, 42, of 163 Culpepper Court, Imperial, was charged by Hanover Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic summary offenses following a traffic stop Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of Starpointe Boulevard. Police said they found five bags of heroin, 16 empty stamp bags and three straws with residue. 

MONESSEN

Drug charges: Mae Elizabeth Fox, 38, of Homestead, is charged by city police with possessing a brick of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 1 a.m. Saturday at Sixth Street and Summit Avenue, court records show. She is free on $5,000 unsecured bond set by District Judge Wayne Gongaware.

NORTH STRABANE

Vehicle crash: North Strabane police responded to a crash Saturday afternoon at Racetrack Road and Meadows Drive that involved a 77-year-old Pittsburgh man and a 86-year-old Murrysville man. Police said Francis Goodman of Pittsburgh allegedly failed to stop at a red light and struck a vehicle driven by Lester Dolton of Murrysville. Police said Goodman, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to Canonsburg Hospital with a suspected minor injury. Police said Dolton was not injured.

ROSTRAVER

Assault alleged: Allan Jerry Clark Jr., 49, of 313 Market St., Belle Vernon, is charged by Rostraver police with strangulation, simple assault and harassment, court records show. Police accuse Clark of choking Dana Pollacci from behind and covering her nose and mouth with his hand after she told him she was ending their relationship about 10:50 p.m. Saturday on Carson Street in Pricedale. A senior district judge issued a warrant Monday for Clark’s arrest.

SOUTH STRABANE

Assault charges: Atina Renee Foutz, 36, of 1238 Willowbrook Drive, South Strabane, was charged by South Strabane police with simple assault and harassment following a domestic disturbance at her residence Monday night. Police said Foutz and her fiance argued before she struck him in the back of his head with her cellphone, causing injury. She is free on $15,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Theft charges: Chelsea Gauthier, 26, of 1964 Bower Hill Road, Scott Township, was charged by South Strabane police with theft and retail theft after an incident at Target in Strabane Square. Police said she made fraudulent returns to the store for about $200. Police said Gauthier has five prior retail theft convictions. She is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
