Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Matthew A. Mance, 29, 1 Grant St., Cokeburg; involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and three counts of aggravated assault; charged March 25, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victim’s family.

Judi Lynn Wroblewski, 35, 940 Third St., New Salem; retail theft; charged March 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.

Trevor Anthony Wolfe, 28, 728 Fayette St., Washington; theft and conspiracy; charged March 25, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Shawn Kelly Hancher, 52, 176 Minton Run Road, Prosperity; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 18; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 97 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Christopher Scott Hill, 34, 801 Eldersville Road, Burgettstown; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 50 hours of community service.

Nicholas Thomas Pruski Jr., 45, 425 Hickory St., Richeyville; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving without required financial responsibility, driving without registration and driving without a license; charged Sept. 9; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 15 months on electronic home monitoring, $4,025 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Diane L. Woods, 58, 201 Brandon Way, Coraopolis; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 16; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Lawrence A. Marche, 74, 901 Lincoln Ave., Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 22; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Denise Kohut, 50, 810 Ridge Ave., Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 20; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on ScramX monitor, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Devin S. Malson, 30, 220 E. 800 North, Edinburgh, Ind.; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 20; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jessica Faith Powell, 25, 150 Elm St., Apt. 1, Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 21; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,700 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jason John Bruner, 42, 185A S. Kings Creek Road, Burgettstown; driving under the influence; charged Jan 19, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on ScramX monitor, three months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Kerry Glenn Ruse, 61, 132 Adams St., Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 7; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Todd Anthony Sanders, 41, 4411 Clairton Boulevard, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 25 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 25 hours of community service.

Jason W. Bowden, 47, 670 Ewing St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 6; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 20 days on ScramX monitor, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Randy Michael Thomson, 28, 316 Church St., Bridgeville; driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 26; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Justin H. Reed, 39, 940 Church Hill Road, Venetia; fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and two counts each of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged March 5 and July 27, 2017; sentence – 100 days in jail, seven years in the intermediate punishment program, eight months on electronic home monitoring, $4,000 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 24 months of ignition interlock device.

Amy Elizabeth Miller, 40, 200 Old Scales Road, Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 28, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Justin James Doyle, 41, 126 Scott Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 31, 2015; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 21 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on ScramX monitor, $3,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Dennis J. Ward, 44, 610 Creek Road, Bulger; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 16, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 15 months on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Virginia Smith, 36, 155 E. Sunset Drive, Washington; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 1 and Aug. 27, 2017; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program and 100 hours of community service.

Taffy L. Chester, 46, 202 Bentley Ave., Bentleyville; driving under the influence and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property; charged Aug. 11; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,800 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo:

Richard Verrill Dean Jr., 25, 1125 Laurel Hill Road, McDonald; driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged Dec. 10; sentence – $250 fine.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabiltative Disposition program.
