FRANKLIN

Fugitive arrested: Chloe Ellen Jones, 22, of 533 Green Valley Road, Wind Ridge, was arrested about 8:20 p.m. Monday and charged with flight to avoid apprehension after state police said she ran from them when they attempted to stop her while she was wanted on a warrant. Police said she ran into a wooded area near South Fork Ten Mile Creek in Franklin Township and was eventually stopped near Meadowlark Park.

WAYNESBURG

Disorderly conduct: Jacob A. Fonner, 33, of 101 Sugar Camp Road, Waynesburg, was charged with disorderly conduct, loitering and harassment, after Waynesburg police said he was harassing a woman on Wood/Whiskey Alley in the borough about 12:45 a.m. Thursday. Police said he attempted to contact the woman again about 30 minutes later after officers told him not to do so.
