FRANKLIN
Simple assault charge: Cody Lavern Thomas, 25, of 117 Duquesne St., Greensboro, was charged with simple assault and harassment after state police said he struck a woman in the back of the head and face several times shortly after 6 a.m. Monday while at Holiday Motel at 1135 E. High St. in Franklin Township.
Windshield damaged: Kacie Jo Ardeno of Washington told state police the windshield of her car was damaged while the vehicle was parked at the Exxon station on Route 21 in Franklin Township between 9 p.m. Wednesday and noon Thursday.
