Tanger Outlets marking 10 years with food trucks, deals

Tanger Outlets Pittsburgh, which is actually off Racetrack Road in South Strabane Township, is celebrating its 10th birthday. And instead of a mere cake, it is marking the milestone with its annual food truck event.

The Food Truck Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Giveaways and deals on clothing and other merchandise are planned.
