Motorcycle rider flown to Pittsburgh hospital

A motorcycle rider was flown by helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital following an accident in the Elrama area of Union Township Sunday afternoon.

A Washington County 911 supervisor said the man was involved in a single-vehicle crash about 5:10 p.m. on Finleyville-Elrama Road.
