CUMBERLAND

Harassment charge: Michael R. Headlee, 46, of Fayette City, was charged with harassment after Cumberland Township police received a report Aug. 4 that Headlee sent threatening messages via social media.

PERRY

Single-vehicle crash: No injuries were reported when a truck hit an embankment Saturday and the driver fled from the scene. According to state police, Sir Lanceolot Davis, 28, of Mt. Morris, was driving west on Big Shannon Run Road, west of the School Road intersection. Davis left the roadway and hit an embankment and left the crash. The vehicle was towed away, and Davis was cited.
