Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:

Jared David Scott Thomas, 24, 271 Southview Road, McDonald; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 27, 2017; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Kimberlee Ann Cole, 30, 608 S. Central Ave., Canonsburg; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 19; sentence – 72 hours in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, $1,200 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Henry Arbogast, 53, 244 Route 30, Imperial; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged March 4; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,025 fine and 24-month driver’s license suspension.

Justin Lewis Bick, 29, 23 Belmont Ave., Finleyville; driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged March 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,025 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Karen Garcia, 55, 1013 Henry St., Langeloth; driving under the influence; charged May 1; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Hunter Weaver, 23, 1250 Summerlea Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged April 20; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Steven Lee Brown, 47, 335 Terrace Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 16; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Brett Andrew Beltz, 21, 2465 Brookledge Road, Apt. 22A, Bridgeville; driving under the influence; charged March 19; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 15 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Ralph W. Schmidt Jr., 61, 3613 Downing St., Library; driving under the influence; charged May 13; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Edward Thomas Sitarik, 46, 103 Sandlewood Drive, McDonald; driving under the influence; charged June 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo:

Robert J. Gallo, 60, 346½ W. College St., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 25, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Amy Sue Kushner, 45, 311 W. Maiden St., Washington; access device fraud; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Jacob Matthew Tigner, 23, 220 Cottonwood Drive, Oakdale; two counts of simple assault; charged March 16; sentence – two years of probation.

Bonnie Jean Barlow, 57, 770 Fayette St., Washington; theft; charged Jan. 31; sentence – two years of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with Polish National Club.

Tyler Alexander Haught, 22, 59 W. Walnut St., Washington; corruption of minors; charged May 29; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victim.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
