Washington Christmas parade will cause restrictions
Washington’s annual Christmas Parade will be held at 7 p.m. Friday and will cause some parking and traffic restrictions.
The parade route will be West Chestnut Street to Main Street south to East Railroad Street.
Meters along the parade route will be bagged at midday Friday. Vehicles need to be removed from the route two hours before parade start time. Any vehicle remaining could be towed.
Expect traffic delays in and around the city starting at 6 p.m. and lasting until 9 p.m. due to road closings.
