FRANKLIN

Domestic dispute: Jesse Michael Siviy, 31, of Verona, was charged with strangulation and harassment after state police said he grabbed his girlfriend’s throat during an argument about 9:45 p.m. Friday at 150 Wayne Village in Franklin Township.
