Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Christopher Martin Cox, 39, 292 King Air Circle, Washington; attempted theft, simple assault, simple possession, possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and two counts each of trespass and receiving stolen property; charged April 16, Oct. 17, Nov. 28 and Dec. 23, 2016, and March 15 and April 20, 2017; sentence – 23 months in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, $200 fine, restitution, 12-month driver’s license suspension and no contact with the victims.

Nathan Sam Kronemer, 50, 459 Spring St., Richeyville; retail theft; charged Sept. 16, 2017; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Walmart.

Kassie Lynn Dillard, 33, 1370 Allison Ave., Washington; retail theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged July 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Gabriel Brothers.

Lamont William Johnson, 26, 420 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; possession of firearm with manufacturer number altered and two counts of possession with intent to deliver and speeding; charged Sept. 28, 2016, and March 30, 2017; sentence – one to two years in jail, two years of probation and $75 fine.

Jevone Naveill Hairston, 24, 244 N. Main St., Houston; accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, failure to stop and give information and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility; charged May 23, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, $350 fine and restitution.

Cheryl Leigh Johnson, 40, 200 Shady Ave., Charleroi; simple possession; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ashley Katrina Anthony, 30, 621 Lincoln St., Monongahela; simple possession; charged July 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Adam Joseph Begandy, 38, 320 30th St., McKeesport; false identification to a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended license; charged June 5; sentence – 12 months of probation and $200 fine.

Eli Joseph Boyer, 22, 900 Sheridan St., Monongahela; retail theft; charged April 6; sentence – $300 fine, restitution and no contact with 7-Eleven, Monongahela.

Amanda C. Miklos, 37, 505 First St., Charleroi; theft and conspiracy; charged Nov. 7, 2017; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, two months on electronic home monitoring, three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Valley Tire.

David P. Gettings, 39, 816 Bentleyville Road, Charleroi; theft and conspiracy; charged Aug. 18, 2017; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, two months on electronic home monitoring, three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Valley Tire.

Ashley Coulson, 28, 150 Grandview Way, Charleroi; false identification to a law enforcement officer and theft; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Robert L. Paris Jr., 52, 234 Second St., Apt. C, California; disorderly conduct; charged June 7; sentence – $300 fine.

Bruce Clark Johnson, 46, 118 Elco Hollow Road, Elco; corruption of minors, terroristic threats and simple assault; charged August 1, 2016, and April 27; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Scott E. Deditch, 33, 176 Topsail Lane, Marianna; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged April 29; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail and no contact with the victim.

Michael Curtis Mallory, 31, 860 Jones Drive, North Versailles; simple assault and criminal mischief; charged Aug. 7, 2017; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim and Walmart.

Douglas Jack Stout, 25, 423 Third St., Chestnut Ridge; retail theft; charged Oct. 24, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Steven Sieckowski, 50, 325 Blackburn St., West Newton; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 18, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Timothy Allen Parsons, 55, 1123 Fourth St., Monongahela; driving under the influence, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and duties at stop signs; charged Jan. 22, 2016; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 13 months of probation, $550 fine and 100 hours of community service.

Andrew J. Dzura, 40, 738 Boggs St., Apt. 2, Pittsburgh; burglary and conspirac; charged Feb. 26; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.

Ernest W. Barney, 62, 304 Washington St., Apt. 103, Bentleyville; driving under the influence; charged June 9; sentence – 30 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, four months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jefferson Ave., Apt. 303, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged March 4; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jon Greer, 55, 410 Fayette St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged May 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on ScramX monitor, $1,200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Derek Allen Powell, 29, 440 Main St., New Eagle; driving under the influence; charged April 1; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on ScramX monitor, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Rachel Becerra Cintra, 34, 1021 Highland Manor, Monessen; driving under the influence; charged May 29; sentence – six months of probation, $300 fine and 50 hours of community service.

Hunter Jeffrey Thompson, 22, 401 Cleveland Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 23, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Paul Michael Fodor, 56, 150 Greenfield Lane, Wellsburg, W.Va.; driving under the influence; charged April 9; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.

Bradley James Hufnagel, 24, 1389 Royal Park Boulevard, South Park; driving under the influence; charged May 12; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Anthony Michael Byers, 31, 445 Fayette St., Washington; furnishing drug-free urine; charged July 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Daniel R. Becker, 26, 219 Locust St., Apt. A, Washington; possession with intent to deliver, firearms not to be carried without a license and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer; charged Oct. 1, 2017; sentence – two years of probation.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabiltative Disposition program.
