Headstone stolen: State police said a headstone with an engraved bear on the side was reported stolen Dec. 19 from Rosemont Cemetery at 2694 W. Roy Furman Highway in Center Township. Anyone with information is asked to call state police in Waynesburg at 724-627-6151.

FRANKLIN

Contraband charge: Warren Dale Nicklow, 42, of Lake Lynn, Pa., was charged Tuesday with contraband and possession of a controlled substance after state police said he was found with Subutex just before he was to be booked at Greene County jail on a bench warrant June 20 following a traffic stop earlier in the day.
