CUMBERLAND

Harassment charge: David Allen Neel, 68, of 107 Suburban Acres Road, Carmichaels, was charged Thursday with harassment and contempt for allegedly violating an order or agreement. Denise Neel told Cumberland Township police Sunday that David Neel was continuing to harass her on Facebook, and she has an active protection-from-abuse order.
