City man sentenced on drug, flight charges

Kacee Pape, 21, of Washington, was sentenced to 18 to 46 months in jail after pleading guilty to two felony counts related to a September 2016 drug deal.

Pape, according to Washington County District Attorney Gene Vittone, sold heroin and fentanyl to a confidential informant, a transaction witnessed by four county sheriff’s deputies. Pape fled to Kentucky after being charged on the drug count.
