Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:

Tyler R. Kelley, 30, 46999 Unionvale Road, Cadiz, Ohio; driving under the influence; charged July 23, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, three months of ScramX monitor, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jeffrey S. Mitchell, 57, 638 W. Pike St., Houston; driving under the influence; charged May 30; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 20 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Stefanie A. Lenart, 29, 224 N. Main St., Washington; theft, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged June 18; sentence – 12 months of probation, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine, restitution, 24-month driver’s license suspension and no contact with T.J.’s Deli.

Colin Franklin Fischer, 33, 309 Christy Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence; charged July 6; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Terrance Cohen, 29, 770 Addison St., Washington; simple possession; charged Jan. 1, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Justin H. Reed, 39, 2369 SR 88, Finleyville; fleeing or attempting to elude and officer; charged June 10, 2016; sentence – six to 12 months in jail.

Traci Lee Kirby, 35, 1190 N. Franklin St., Washington; acquisition by fraud and forgery; charged April 1, 2016; sentence – 60 months in the intermediate punishment program, 18 months of probation, six months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victim and Severns Dentistry and Orthodontics.

Heather Ann Arbogast, 34, 680 McCarrell Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged Sept. 2, 2016; sentence – 18 months of probation, 75 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Angela Dixon, 22, 2395 Belmont Ave., Washington; simple possession; charged Nov. 28, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ryan M. French, 40, 636 Henry St., Apt. 3, Belle Vernon; simple assault; charged Jan. 22, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

David Paul Anthony, 51, 3842 Kelly Hollow Road, Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 26; sentence – 24 months of probation and 75 hours of community service.

Ethan Vatelle Jones Jr., 29, 617 Chestnut St., Monessen; retail theft; charged June 21; sentence – $25 fine.

Percy L. Dudley Jr., 32, 656 Fayette St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 20; sentence – five to 12 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
