Access device charges: Tina Lynn Anterock, 45, of 111 Ash Alley, Rices Landing, was charged Wednesday with eight felony counts of access device fraud. State police said while Anterock was home health worker in Franklin Township, she used a debit card given to her to purchase groceries on eight occasions while the owner was in the hospital or a nursing home, spending a total of $854.47.
