MARIANNA
Criminal mischief: Six residents in Marianna reported to state police that their vehicles were damaged sometime overnight from Saturday to Sunday. Police said three residents in the 500 block of Fourth Street reported damage to six vehicles and one resident in the 100 block of First Street reported damage to two vehicles. Also a resident on Hedge Avenue and a resident in the 900 block of Oak Street each reported damage to a vehicle. State police have asked that anyone with information about the damaged vehicles contact police at 724-223-5200.
SOMERSET TOWNSHIP
Crash: One person was taken to a hospital following a Friday evening crash at the intersection of state Route 136 and Brownlee Road. State police said Clement Bimpong, 48, of Houston, was driving a pickup truck south on Brownlee and allegedly pulled out into oncoming traffic on Route 136, causing driver Debra M. Reid, 51, of Monongahela, to strike the passenger side of his truck. The impact caused her car to spin into the middle of the intersection, according to police. Reid was taken by Washington County EMS to Allegheny General Hospital with unknown injuries.
