CANTON
Vehicle stolen: A vehicle owned by Guardian Oil Field Services was stolen from the Jessop Place park-and-ride lot and driven to the BP station in Taylorstown, where it was parked, state police said. The theft was discovered shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday.
CHARLEROI
Drug arrest: Chastity Lynn Kelly, 38, of 513 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was arraigned Monday before District Judge Joshua Kanalis on a warrant obtained by Charleroi Regional police charging her with possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of paraphernalia stemming from a Feb. 7 incident. Police were conducting surveillance at a home in the 300 block of Washington Avenue. Kelly was seen going into the home and returning to her vehicle a short time later. Police said they conducted a traffic stop and found a bundle of suspected heroin in her vehicle. She was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Mailbox damaged: Thomas Dinch of 796 Daniels Run Road told state police his mailbox was damaged Friday night.
SOUTH STRABANE
Card accessed: An employee of Washington Chevrolet, 1 Raymond Boulevard, told South Strabane police Friday information for one of the company credit cards had been accessed without permission. She told police she went to use the card to make online purchases for the company and learned it had been deactivated.
WASHINGTON
Endangerment charge: City police charged Murray A. Beck, 34, of Morgantown, W.Va., Monday with drug possession and child endangerment. Police said in court papers an officer allegedly found a baggie of 16 stamp bags of heroin after searching a vehicle in which Beck was a passenger while it was illegally parked at Hall Avenue and Walnut Street. Beck’s 2-year-old daughter was also reportedly a passenger in the vehicle. Beck was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and is confined in Washington County jail on $2,500 bond.
Wall damaged: Brandon Rae of 1100 W. Chestnut St. told Washington police Friday a retaining wall and drainage pipe were damaged on his property.
Card used: Barry Lee Klages of 804 N. Main St. told Washington police Friday his credit card was used without his permission to make an $850.99 purchase.
Tires slashed: James Harris of Canton Township told Washington police Sunday two tires were flattened on his vehicle while it was parked in the 600 block of Broad Street.
Threats made: Brianna Cahill of Washington told Washington police Sunday she received threats on Facebook from a Canonsburg man.
Wallet stolen: Beatrice Gajon of 15 Central Ave. told Washington police Sunday her wallet containing $20, identification and credit cards were stolen from her vehicle.
Laptops stolen: Brittney Anderson of 245 McCarrell Ave. told Washington police Sunday two laptops and two fire sticks were stolen in a burglary of her home.
Change stolen: Linda Lucas of 50 W. Hallam Ave. told Washington police Sunday change was stolen from her vehicle.
