Indecent exposure charge: Justin David Ziefel, 25, of 118 Deer Lick Station Road, Nineveh, was charged Wednesday with indecent exposure and open lewdness after Waynesburg police said they responded to West Street and Second Avenue on April 19 for a report of a man exposing himself in a vehicle.
Furnishing urine: Nathaniel Lee Chipps, 21, of 2389 S. Eighty-Eight Road, Dilliner, was charged with attempting to furnish drug-free urine after Waynesburg police said they responded to Greene County Probation at 2 p.m. Tuesday on a report that Chipps had allegedly brought in urine in a pill bottle for his drug test. Court documents indicate Chipps admitted to having drugs in his system and he intended to use the urine to pass a drug screening.
