Hit-and-run crash: State police said a 24-year-old West Finley man was involved in a hit-and-run crash late last month. Police said William Richmond Jr. was traveling south on Aleppo Road, south of Barney Run Road in Richhill Township, at 1 a.m. Dec. 27. Richmond drove off the right side of the road and hit several trees and a tension wire before coming to rest after hitting another tree, police said. He was was not injured in the crash. Police said he faces four citations for not reporting the accident.

CUMBERLAND

Two evaluated after crash: A 23-year-old mother and her 6-month-old son were taken to a local hospital after a crash Thursday morning. Cumberland Township police said the two were in a car that was traveling west on Route 21 about 10:30 a.m. when it rear-ended a delivery truck attempting to turn right into Carmichaels Plaza. The driver of the delivery truck was not injured. Police declined to release the names of those involved.
