BURGETTSTOWN
Husband arrested: John Donaldson, 28, of 6 W. Market St., Burgettstown, was arrested early Thursday by McDonald police on two counts of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted his wife and father-in-law. He is accused of grabbing his wife’s wrist and pushing his father-in-law when he tried to intervene. Donaldson was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County Jail on $10,000 bond.
CHARLEROI
Bar cited: Rego’s Restaurant & Hotel Inc., 601 McKean Ave., was cited Dec. 20 by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for failure to post in a conspicuous place a notice of suspension, state police announced Thursday.
MONESSEN
Man wanted: Clintell D. Gillaspie, 21, of 645 Reed Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with burglary, trespassing, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Gillaspie of breaking into 404 Park Manor and grabbing a woman by the neck and wrists during a Dec. 25 argument. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Thursday for Gillaspie’s arrest.
NORTH BELLE VERNON
Woman charged: Holly Nichole Kabiru, 26, of 601 Locust Lane, North Charleroi, is charged by borough police with obstruction, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, court records show. Police accuse Kabiru of walking into a business after police began to question her about a suspicious vehicle in which she allegedly was passed out about 1:15 a.m. Dec. 10 in the 500 block of Broad Avenue. She also allegedly struggled with an officer and kicked the side panel and window of a police cruiser. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges Thursday by summons.
NORTH BETHLEHEM
Fire cause undetermined: A state police fire marshal said Thursday that the cause of a Dec. 24 fire that destroyed a former car dealership building at 218 E. National Pike, North Bethlehem, is undetermined. The fire did $170,000 in damage to the building owned by Keith Leroy Dunker.
ROSTRAVER
Man arraigned: Jonathan P. Krepps, 28, of 1387 Ridge Road, Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with attempted theft, attempted burglary, trespassing, loitering, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, court records show. Police accuse Krepps of entering a vehicle with a bottle of wine in the 600 block of Indian Hill Road and also attempting to enter the residence there, damaging a door handle, about 4:40 a.m. Dec. 30. District Judge Herbert G. Mitchell Jr. released Krepps on $5,000 unsecured bond.
Woman charged: Sylvia April Tom, 39, of 114 Homewood Ave., Washington Township, Fayette County, is charged by Rostraver police with giving an officer a false identification and retail theft, court records show. Police accuse Tom of identifying herself as a North Carolina man after she was accused of switching a price tag on a frozen turkey to save $12 on the purchase at the Shop ‘n Save on Plaza Drive Dec. 24. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges Wednesday by summons.

Son arrested: Edwin G. Leech Jr., 41, of 324 Thomas Road, McMurray, was arrested early Thursday by Peters police on charges of simple assault and terroristic threats after he allegedly grabbed his father by the wrist during a confrontation at their home. He also is accused of breaking a door and coming toward his father with a shard of wood. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
SMITH
Assault charges: Robert Stevens, 34, of 212 Charles St., Langeloth, was arrested Wednesday night by Smith police on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He is accused of picking up his girlfriend and slamming her to the road outside his home. When she got up, he allegedly pushed her down. She was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Stevens was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.
WASHINGTON
Disorderly charge: Ralph McLaughlin, 45, of 335 1/2 Ewing St., Meadow Lands, will be charged by Washington police with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he reportedly was found sleeping on the floor of the men’s room at GetGo, East Wylie Avenue, Wednesday night. Police said he had an open bottle of vodka.
WEST FINLEY
Warrant arrest: Michael Myers, 35, of Elkview, W.Va., was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Ethan Ward on a warrant obtained by state police charging him with burglary and theft. He is accused of breaking into a garage on Beham Ridge Road, West Finley, on April 19 and stealing a Ford F-150 pickup truck. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $50,000 bond.
