Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Jared William Dalton, 24, 1115 McKean Ave., Charleroi; two counts of robbery; charged Nov. 27 and Dec. 21, 2016; sentence – two to four years in jail, five years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victims.
John Michael Fowler, 22, 560 East Maiden St., Apt. 4, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia, simple assault and strangulation; charged April 7 and May 2, 2016, and April 12; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Matthew Jeremy Ankrom, 27, 1954 Perrysville Ave., Pittsburgh; access device fraud; charged April 17; sentence – two years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Johnnie J. Isaac, 48, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; stalking and retail theft; charged March 8 and June 16, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim and Shop ‘n Save.
Billy Lee Barnett Jr., 30, 2 Brandenburg Lane, Claysville; aggravated assault; charged June 12, 2016; sentence – one year less one day to two years less two days in jail, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Paul Michael Brownlee, 26, 1815 Jefferson Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and two counts of perjury; charged Sept. 9, 2015, and July 31; sentence – 12 months to five years in jail, 24 months of probation and $1,500 fine.
Charles Beadling, 38, 222 Ridge Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 10, 2015; sentence – five days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Gregory Floyd Spencer, 48, 54 Ankrom Road, Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Jan. 7, 2017; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months and 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $3,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Terrence Lee Kelly, 45, 200 Ninth St., Apt. 2, Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged April 5; sentence – three days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,000 fine, restitution and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Andrew Wallace McCarrell, 32, 90 Green Crescent Drive, Washington; driving under the influence; charged March 31; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Arturo Meza, 39, 147 Lemoyne Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Sept. 11, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,700 fine, 100 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Jacquelynn Sanders, 38, 723 Waynesburg Road, Washington; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license; charged March 25; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, six months and 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,200 fine and 36-month driver’s license suspension.
Matthew Waugaman, 44, 402 Concord Lane, Belle Vernon; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 5, 2016; sentence – six months of probation, five days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Arnold Jeffrey Sayles Jr., 27, 321 Palma St., North Versailles; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 17, 2016; sentence – two days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Stephen Joseph Buyan, 52, 302 Cricketwood Court, Canonsburg; two counts of driving under the influence and one count of recklessly endangering another person; charged Dec. 4, 2016, March 11 and April 18; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Chelsea Gibson, 25, 2434 Kimbol St., Apt. 1, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged July 4; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Tejas P. Jagini, 37, 1517 Celebration Circle, Bridgeville; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 8; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Kristina Caldwell, 33, 279 Swihart Road, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged March 19; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Michael Krise, 33, 3714 West Sixth Ave., Beaver Falls; resisting arrest and reckless endangerment; charged Aug. 10, 2016; sentence – 20 days to 12 months in jail, 18 months of probation, restitution and 100 hours of community service.
David E. Cook, 44, 520 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; furnishing alcohol to a minor and corruption of minors; charged Feb. 3, 2016; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Brian Keith Kelly, 35, 806 Adelaide St., Pittsburgh; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 18, 2015; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and three years of probation.
Ron Avance Sr., 52, 531 Highland Ave., North Charleroi; simple assault; charged March 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Trisha Ann Shreve, 35, 200 Latimer Ave., Strabane; statement under penalty of law; charged Nov. 5, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Joseph Estrada Gallagher, 20, 106 Dallas St., Bentleyville; disorderly conduct; charged June 18, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Zachary Taylor Senkow, 21, 4005 Lebanon Church Road, West Mifflin; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Michael D. Willhoft, 27, 337 Kinder Road, Scenery Hill; simple assault; charged June 20; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program and 50 hours of community service.
Mark David Hatfield Jr., 35, 60 Gayle Drive, Washington; theft and theft by deception; charged May 12; sentence – three to 23 months in jail, 18 months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Kenneth Paul Ferguson, 45, 241 Meldon Ave., Donora; retail theft; charged May 12; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.
Ryan Fluharty, 20, 719 Giffin Ave., Apt. 3, Canonsburg; simple assault; charged May 29; sentence – 12 months of probation.
James Paul Brannan, 19, 5808A Curry Road, Pittsburgh; defiant trespass; charged Feb. 4; sentence – three months to six months and 21 days in jail, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Edward Solon Nowacki, 30, 330 A Magnolia St., Sturgeon; operating a recreational vehicle on railroad property; charged May 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad.
