BENTLEYVILLE

Warrant signed: Heather Lynn Brunick, 33, whose address is unknown, is charged by borough police with identity theft, burglary, theft and access device fraud, court records show. Police accuse Brunick of entering a residence in the 200 block of Old West Road and stealing $100 and a banking card from a 64-year-old man about 12:30 p.m. Jan 3. She also is accused of using the card to later withdraw $400 from the man’s account at a banking machine at 600 Main St. District Judge Curtis Thompson signed a warrant Friday for Brunick’s arrest.

Club cited: The officers of Lithuanian Club, 151 Main St., Bentleyville, were cited last week by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement with failing to maintain complete and truthful records covering the operation of the club for a two-year period ending Nov. 29.

BUFFALO

Assault alleged: Jon Edward Greer, 54, of 183 Hathaway Road, Buffalo Township, is charged by state police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he struck his mother, Karen Jean Minmor, in the face about 11:10 p.m. Monday at his residence, court records show. Greer is in Washington County jail on $100,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

MONESSEN

Theft alleged: William Jeremiah Slider, 28, of 315 Wood St., New Eagle, is charged by city police with access device fraud, forgery, theft and receiving stolen property, court records show. Police accuse Slider of stealing a bank card left behind at an automatic teller in Eastgate Plaza and using it to make a $10 purchase at a Puff N Snuff, 301 E. Donner Ave., about 4 p.m. Sunday. He is free on $2,500 unsecured bond set by District Judge Roger F. Eckels.

MONONGAHELA

Drug charges: Donald Payne Jr., 56, of Clairton, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Curtis Thompson on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver crack and possession of paraphernalia filed by Monongahela police after they allegedly received a complaint Jan. 10 after a man making transactions on Vine Street. Police found Payne, who they said is a known crack dealer, and took him into custody He reportedly threw a bag containing suspected crack in some mulch. Thompson set bond at $10,000 on Payne who had been in Washington County jail on a parole detainer.

MT. PLEASANT

Firearms violation: John Allen Marple, 25, of Newell, W.Va., was charged Tuesday by Mt. Pleasant police with carrying a firearm without a license in connection with a Jan. 7 traffic stop in the 4200 block of Henderson Road. He also was charged with driving a vehicle with expired registration. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Traci McDonald.

Drug charges: Joseph Fattman, 38, of 1166 Bruce St., Washington, was charged last week by Mt. Pleasant police with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of paraphernalia as well as a stop sign violation stemming from a Jan. 3 traffic stop in the 4200 block of Henderson Road. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Traci McDonald.

SOUTH STRABANE

Man jailed: Eric James Hoefler, 39, of 1058 Beech St., South Strabane Township, is charged by township police with reckless endangerment over allegations he threatened his wife with a loaded handgun about 9:10 p.m. Monday in their residence, court records show. He is in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

WASHINGTON

Woman charged: Allysha Ford, 26, of Chicago, Ill., was charged Tuesday by Washington police with felony theft for allegedly stealing $3,190 from WesBanco, 6 S. Main St., in September. She is accused of opening an account with a $100 deposit and then making two mobile deposits. She then allegedly made purchases using the debit card and wiped the account clean before the bank discovered the deposits were bogus. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Theft charge: Jessica Post, 35, of 449 Ewing St., Washington, was charged Tuesday by Washington police with theft after she was reportedly seen on surveillance stealing a Star Show light from a yard at 395 Broad St., Dec. 5. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

False ID: Jacquelyn Whipkey, 39, of 136 Blaine St., Washington, will be charged by Washington police with false identification after she reportedly gave an officer her sister’s name during a traffic stop Thursday in the 300 block of South Main Street. Police discovered she had given the wrong name after she left the scene and her sister arrived. The charge will be filed at the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
