Bus catches on fire in Charleroi
A Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority bus was safely evacuated after it caught on fire Wednesday afternoon in Charleroi.
“The driver got everybody safely off of the bus,” said Donna Weckoski, the authority’s executive director.
The fire broke out about 3:30 p.m. while the bus was near 11 McKean Ave.
Weckoski said the cause of the fire was not immediately known.
