Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Brittany L. Bujanowski, 30, 62 Third St., Apt. 2, North Irwin; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 11; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution and $500 fine.

Jessica C. Benning, 31, 70 Dairy Road, Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Shakal Charles Brooks, 21, 134 Thompson Ave., Donora; furnishing drug-free urine; charged Jan. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Gregory Douglas Tidd, 45, 387 Randolph St., Meadville; driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving in right lane and careless driving; charged April 28, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,050 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Anthony D. McCartney, 44, 1620 Weirich Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 28; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, three months of ScramX monitor, $3,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, 30-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Michael W. Florian, 38, 500 Sylvan Drive, Washington; two counts of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 16 and May 15; sentence – 10 years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $3,000 fine, 100 hours of community service, 36-month driver’s license suspension and 24 months of ignition interlock device.

Mario Garcia-Sotello, 49, 623 Fourth St., Donora; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Feb. 26; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, $2,700 fine, 100 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jean-Henri Yandel, 39, 985 Addison St., Apt. 2, Washington; two counts of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 15, 2016, and Jan. 16, 2017; sentence – 10 years in the intermediate punishment program, 18 months on electronic home monitoring, $4,000 fine, restitution, 200 hours of community service, 36-month driver’s license suspension and 24 months of ignition interlock device.

Jeffrey Paul Trybend, 51, 113 Chartiers St., Strabane; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 28, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, six months of ScramX monitor, $2,500 fine, 100 hours of community service, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Jeffery Paul Trybend, 51, 113 Chartiers St., Strabane; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facility; charged March 26, 2016, and Feb. 6; sentence – three to six months in jail, 10 years of probation, $2,000 fine and 25 hours of community service.

Hirunda K. Wallace, 40, 95 Sumner Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged March 24, 2016; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail and 100 hours of community service.
