BURGETTSTOWN

Warrant arrest:Charles Galutzi, 54, of 1502 Main St., Burgettstown, aaas taken into custody Wednesday at his home by McDonald police on a state probation warrant. He was released to Allgheney County sheriff’s deputies, who transported him to the Allegheny County Jail.

CANTON

Harassment charge: Samuel Wheeler Jr., 32, of Washington, will be charged by state police with harassment after he allegedly punched Britanee Lazzari, 28, of Washington, during a confrontation early Thursday at 100 BelAir Drive, Belvedere Acres, Canton.

CECIL

Threats alleged: Gage Carl Walls, 19, of 3242 Millers Run Road, Cecil, was arrested early Thursday by Cecil police on charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and possession of paraphernalia after he allegedly threatened to kill two officers called to a dispute at the home where he had been staying. Police found him with two empty stamp bags of suspected heroin. He was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins and placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.

CLAYSVILLE

Money stolen: Kenneth Frye, 26, of McKees Rocks, was charged Thursday by Donegal police with theft and access device fraud after he allegedly used his father’s debit card without his permission eight times to withdraw $535 from his father’s Community Bank account in November and December. Donegal police filed the charges at the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.

DONEGAL

Father charged: Brandon C. Pinkerton, 30, of 40 Victoria St., Washington, was charged Thursday by Donegal police with driving under the influence of alcohol, damage to unattended property, not having a child properly restrained and two counts of endangering the welfare of children after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into two garages on Noble Lane on Dec. 27. Police said he had two children in his vehicle, including one who was not in a car seat. Police said his blood alcohol level was almost three times the 0.08 limit presumed for intoxication. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.

Drug charges: Sandra Cottrell, 52, of 20 Interstate Drive, Claysville, was charged Thursday by Donegal police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after they found four jars of suspected marijuana while searching her home earlier this month. Police had a warrant for daughter. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.

NORTH STRABANE

One injured: Joyce A. Dudley, 40, of 421 McClelland Road, Canonsburg, was slightly injured Wednesday morning when her vehicle and a pickup truck driven by Anthony Siciilia, 19, of 103 McCullough Hill Road, Amity, collided on Route 19 near DeMar Boulevard, North Strabane police said. Sicilia reportedly went through a red light on Route 19, hitting Dudley’s vehicle. He was cited with failure to stop for a red light.

Driver injured: Nicholas Speer, 21, of 136 Muse-Bishop Road, Canonsburg, was injured Wednesday night in a one-vehicle crash on Waterdam Road near Spring Valley Road, North Strabane police said. His vehicle went off the road and rolled over after goROBINSONing down a hill. He was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment. He will be charged with careless driving.

ROBINSON

Theft arrest: Ashley Nichole Roy, 24, of 584 Joffre-Bulger Road, Bulger, was arrested Wednesday by McDonald police on charges of theft and criminal mischief. She is accused of stealing a 2012 Ford F-150 pickup truck from a home on Valley View Road on Aug. 20. The truck was found two days later in Youngstown, Ohio. She was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and placed in Washington County Jail on $10,000 bond.

SOUTH STRABANE

Two injured: Adam Adkins, 20, and Kristine Knupf, 49, both of Morgantown, W.Va., were both injured Tuesday afternoon when the vehicle driven by Adkins crashed on Interstate 79 south near the Racetrack Road exit, South Strabane. State police said Adkins tried to pass a state Department of Transportation plow truck when his vehicle hit a guard rail, spun around and hit another guard rail.

WASHINGTON

Faces charges: Cara Andrews, 27, of 306 E. Maiden St., Washington, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and traffic violations after she was found with marijuana and other controlled substances during a traffic stop Wednesday night at the intersection of Hallam and Shirls avenues, Washington police said.

Car stolen, recovered: Sandra Cottrell of Claysville told Washington police Wednesday that her 2006 Nissan sedan was stolen Friday in the 200 block of North Main Street. The car was found Wednesday afternoon by North Franklin Township police in the Lincoln Hill area.

WEST FINLEY

Escapes injury: Robert Kerns, 29, of West Alexander, escaped injury Wednesday when his vehicle went off Hamilton Road and hit a tree. State police said he will be cited for driving too fast for conditions.
