MONONGAHELA – Monongahela police were investigating a robbery call Sunday at Rite Aid.

While the man pretended to have a gun, it didn’t appear he actually had one, a Washington County 911 supervisor said.

No one was injured during the 5 p.m. robbery at the store at 466 W. Main St., he said.

The pharmacy and store is across the street from the Monongahela police station.

An officer said the department was working on identifying a suspect. He declined further comment, other than to say the case was under investigation.
