Harassment charge: Tyler Grim, 20, of 168 Larimer Ave., Bobtown, was cited by state police with harassment after he allegedly grabbed his father, William Grim, of the same address, causing a minor injury to his back. Police said the incident occurred at 6:17 p.m. Monday at the Grims’ home.

Man charged: Dylan P. Healey, 21, of 325 N. Market St., Carmichaels, was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia after being arrested at 9:25 p.m. Monday at 284 E. Greene St., Waynesburg. Healey allegedly threw a three-pound cigarette rolling machine at Mariana Shipley, hitting her in the head, after Shipley failed to roll him a cigarette quickly enough, Waynesburg police said. Healey punched Shipley numerous times in the face and head and attempted to slam her head into a wooden dresser, police said. Healey also allegedly kicked another woman in the head after she fell while attempting to intervene, according to court documents.
