Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
William Feliz Kokladas Jr., 42, 846 Ewing St., Washington; theft; charged Nov. 16, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with the victim and Hog Father’s.
James Large, 25, 1319 Corrin Ave., Monongahela; terroristic threats; charged June 19, 2016; sentence – three to 18 months in jail.
Christopher L. Mann, 33, 7 Campbell St., Avella; false identification to a law enforcement officer; charged Nov. 25, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Brent M. Zinn, 38, 38 Church St., Allison; three counts of retail theft; charged Feb. 15, April 15 and Sept. 21; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Target, Walmart and Gander Mountain.
Brian Edward Lyon, 36, 1054 Maralda Ave., Donora; two counts of retail theft; charged May 8 and 11; sentence – one year of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Kevin Michael Partozoti, 30, 104 Linn Ave., Washington; flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and simple possession of a controlled substance; charged July 1, 2016 and June 23; sentence – six to 18 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Michael Andrew Luff, 24, 29 Hill St., Avella; disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 28, 2017; sentence – $300 fine.
Damon Joshua Reese, 25, 218 Little Chicago Road, Carmichaels; disorderly conduct; charged July 11; sentence – $300 fine.
Amanda J. McCune, 24, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; retail theft; charged July 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Family Dollar.
Jerry Shane Summers, 28, 745 Fairbank Herbert Road, New Salem; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Winston Clements III, 26, 667 Pike Run Drive, Daisytown; furnishing drug free urine; charged Sept. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Rachel Lynn Shirey, 31, 612A Green St., Greensburg; retail theft; charged Sept. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Shawntae Marlene Smith, 32, 904 Shady Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license; charged July 12; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Angela Lee Conrath, 32, 420 Walnut Ave., Apt. B2, Greensburg; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 1, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 60 days of ScramX monitor, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and $2,500 fine.
James Owen Snatchko, 20, 788 Highland Ave., Carnegie; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 16, 2016; sentence – 72 hours in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 12-month driver’s license suspension and $1,200 fine.
Joseph G. Misanik, 39, 315 Seventh Ave., New Eagle; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 27; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program and $300 fine.
Debra L. Lutz, 61, 1905 Timberglen Drive, Imperial; driving under the influence; charged June 1; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 12-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and $500 fine.
James Patrick Mahich, 37, 228 Smithfield St., Apt. 2A, Canonsburg; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged May 1; sentence – 60 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, seven months on electronic home monitoring, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and $2,525 fine.
Khrissy Tiano, 39, 99 Christman Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged April 29; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $775 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Karin Ann Culan, 50, 27 Ralston Place, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged June 23; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 25 hours of community service.
Jennifer Lynn Lengyel, 47, 713 Bank St., Bridgeville; driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license; charged May 13; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,700 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Nicholas Morgan Mangieri, 37, 111 Brooke Road, Venetia; driving under the influence; charged May 19; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring and $300 fine.
Steven Matthew Zanieski, 28, 165 Palomino Drive, Weirton, W.Va.; driving under the influence; charged July 13; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Daniel Clifford Saunders, 25, 443 Moninger Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 11; five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Brian Edward Chadwick, 51, 115 Grable Road, Washington; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged April 1; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, one year on electronic home monitoring, $5,000 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
James C. Antosh, 37, 45 Grove Ave., Apt. B, Washington; driving under the influence, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and accident to unattended vehicle or property; charged May 17; sentence – 48 hours in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $900 fine and restitution.
Daniel John Zach, 38, 303 N. Main St., Midway; driving under the influence; charged July 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, ten days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Daniel Leroy Snedeker, 67, 60 Carl Ave., Lot B4, Eighty Four; driving under the influence; charged March 23; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Lyndsey Nicole Russell-Zelenski, 35, 470 Seventh St., Donora; driving under the influence; charged July 10; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Jaisen Anore Irwin, 24, 635 Summit Ave., Monessen; driving under the influence; charged July 11; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Justin Cole McElhaney, 37, 152 Cummins Ave., Houston; driving under the influence; charged June 20; sentence – 72 hours in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Stacy Dylan Pawich, 47, 1148 Brush Run Road, Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 3; sentence – 90 days in jail, five years in the intermediate punishment program, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Ashley N. Mohr, 34, 251 Hooks Lane, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged July 22; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 18 months of ignition interlock device.
Marvin L. Jordan, 41, 936 Leeds Ave., Monessen; criminal attempt to commit robbery, flight to avoid apprehension and resisting arrest; charged Jan. 7 and Oct. 24, 2017; sentence – 90 days in jail, seven years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim and PNC Bank.

Brandon Louis Fischer, 29, 1115 Beham Ridge Road, Claysville; recklessly endangering another person, limitations on driving on left side of roadway and failing to keep right; charged March 31, 2015; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring and $50 fine.
Charlotte M. Thomas, 46, 451 Third St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 18, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Samantha Lee Howes, 39, 34 Taylor Ave., Clarksville; intimidation, retaliation or obstruction in a child abuse case and two counts of criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance; charged March 24 and Dec. 8, 2016; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and five years of probation.
Diana Marie McCoy, 36, 29 Hill St., Avella; retail theft; charged Jan. 25, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Uni-Mart.
Vanessa Dawn Buttermore, 23, 21 Snyder Terrace, Uniontown; retail theft; charged Dec. 13, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.
Breean Schaeffer, 35, 5203 Stonecreek Lane, Washington; theft; charged Aug. 3, 2016; sentence – four years of probation, restitution and no contact with Meadowlands Veterinarian Hospital.
Earl Raymond Guy Webb, 26, 765 Bower Hill Road, Bridgeville; possession of a controlled substance; charged Jan. 17, 2017; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict and 25 hours of community service.
Jeffery Alan Cunningham, 42, 312 E. Third St., Langeloth; driving under the influence and two counts of recklessly endangering another person; charged Dec. 3, 2016; sentence – three days to six months in jail, four years of probation, $1,000 fine, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.
